My goal is to use my business acumen and vast years of experience in running highly-successful SITC operations across India. Our employees are our most important asset. Mrs. Mansi Shailesh Kudale stands at the helm of Protegk Group’s operational and financial excellence, bringing with her a strong academic foundation and a result-oriented leadership approach. With a degree in Engineering from Pune University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Piping Engineering, she possesses both technical insight and strategic foresight that have been instrumental in driving growth across all Protegk divisions. As the Director of Operations and Finance, Mrs. Kudale is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects, precise resource allocation, and financial integrity within the organization. Her dynamic leadership style is marked by meticulous planning, sharp supervision, and a passion for scaling operations while maintaining efficiency and quality. She believes that success lies in structured progress — where every step is monitored and every goal is achieved with accuracy. Under her guidance, Protegk has not only strengthened its presence across India but also diversified its offerings to become a multi-vertical safety and infrastructure enterprise. Mrs. Kudale fosters a work culture built on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
